The Living Bridge Center is a federally funded HIV specialty care clinic system within the North Georgia Health District, with clinics in Dalton, Canton and Gainesville.
Its microsite needs to help patients understand the care available, check eligibility and get started, and give community groups an easy way to request an event.
The microsite is built within the district's Joomla site at nghd.org, with its own branding and navigation; livingbridge.us forwards to it. It covers HIV specialty care, case management, STD screenings, benefits coordination, housing assistance, the PrEP clinic, HIV prevention and supportive services, along with delivery programs and clinic contact information.
